The two helicopters of the East Anglian Air Ambulance offer a 365 day-a-year lifesaving service working across Norfolk, as well as Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Suffolk, reaching anywhere within the region within 25 minutes, and typically being called to 8 missions per day at an average cost of £4,250 each.
Their pilots fly highly-skilled doctors with critical care paramedics along with their A&E standard medical equipment to patients who have suffered life-threatening accidents and medical emergencies, and to keep both craft in the air this year for their valuable and lifesaving work, the charity will need to raise some £13million.
Our Choir is delighted to focus our fundraising efforts during the year for its benefit and they will receive the entire proceeds of our Concert Raffles and end-of-Concert Bucket Collections.
More details about the Air Ambulance and its valuable work are available online at: www.EAAA.org.uk and further presentations about their activities will be made at our Concerts throughout the year.
Please help us through your kind generosity to raise a goodly sum this year for this most worthy local cause. Thank you!
