Christmas Songs and Carols for 2026

Festive greetings to our existing supporters with our traditional Yuletide and Winter Concerts to enjoy.
We also look forward to brand new audience members joining us at our concerts for Christmas 2026!

We present two Concert dates at our Mile Cross Norwich rehearsal home:
a 7.30pm evening performance on Saturday 5th December, with a 2.30pm afternoon matinee on Saturday 12th December.
Lead as usual from the rostrum by Musical Director Sarah Grimes,
with our Choir Accompanist Mi-Sung Lee to accompany on piano our fine band of Singing Men.

We continue to invite all adult men, whether of great singing experience or none at all, to consider joining our ranks.
Our concerts are a great way of seeing what we do and deciding if we are the Choir for you!
Then, you will have the chance to give us a try, free and without obligation
at our Open Rehearsal early in January 2027.
We are also planning another multi-session 'Find Your Voice With Phoenix' course for the New Year also,
so if you are not yet comfortable exchanging your shower-room for our rehearsal room,
that will be the gentle way in, with a chance to impress your family and friends later!!!

These Concerts are hosted by the Choir.
Evening Performances will start at 7.30pm and, including a 20 minute interval, finish by 9.40pm.
Matinee Performances will start at 2.30pm and, including a 20 minute interval, finish by 4.40pm.
Tickets are £10 each (unless a special offer applies) and interval refreshments will be available.

These Concerts feature Raffles promoted by the Choir and retiring Bucket Collections to raise funds
for the Charity selected annually by Choir Members, which for 2026 is the East Anglian Air Ambulance, featured below.

The two helicopters and vehicles of the East Anglian Air Ambulance offer a lifesaving service working across Norfolk,
as well as Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, and Suffolk, 365 days-a-year reaching anywhere within the region within 25 minutes,
and typically being called to 8 missions per day at an average cost of £4,250 each mission.

Helicopter pilots fly highly-skilled doctors with critical care paramedics along with their A&E standard medical equipment
to patients who have suffered life-threatening accidents and medical emergencies and,
to keep both craft in the air and vehicles on the road for their valuable work,
this year the charity will need to raise some £13million.

Our Choir is delighted to focus our fundraising efforts during the year for its benefit
and they will receive the entire proceeds of our Concert Raffles and end-of-Concert Bucket Collections.
