A Warm Welcome from Norwich's Phoenix Male Voice Choir!

Our friendly and enthusiastic group of singing men
are led ably by Sarah Grimes, our talented Musical Director.
Based in the heart of Lord Nelson's County of Norfolk in the United Kingdom,
our men meet regularly to enjoy the camaraderie of membership,
learn new repertoire and rehearse for our performances.
We strive to promote choral harmony and support the traditions of
male 4-part choral singing for your entertainment and enjoyment
by giving regular concerts in Norwich and further afield,
and by joining in concert events with other groups and choirs.

We will also be pleased by arrangement to sing at your own special event,
and to share the stage with your group in a joint concert or as your event guests,
to bring to you a concert of male voice choral song.

What we sing for you...

Our concert programmes incorporate traditional and contemporary standards
in the male voice choral repertoire along with newer compositions,
highlighting the seasonal, sacred, secular, spiritual and festive, as appropriate.
We also feature songs from the Shows,
the Great American and other Song Books and medleys,
extended pieces, musical fantasies and classical numbers.

Along with our 'whole choir' four-part TTBB choral harmony selections,
our concert events often include a variety of solo and group contributions 
from among our own enthusiastic membership.

Our members know that singing in a group with others
 promotes personal well-being, gives a structure and purpose to look forward to,
and fosters a sense of achievement and belonging.
Meeting up regularly is an important part of our choir to our membership
who value and enjoy the social camaraderie of rehearsal and performance.
Men singing together is not the sole preserve of an older generation!
If you are an adult man of any age or generation interested in singing,
we can provide the group for you to sing in, so consider joining us!
